*** March of the Bull Update #4 ***
Posted On: Apr 23, 2018
*** March of the Bull Update #4 *** Here is the tentative schedule for Bulls walk through Marion County.  Remember this is all fluid and can change so I will post daily updates in the morning on the two groups.   Traffic protection is being coordinated with the County who has been very supportive.  Units from the zone we are in will provide additional protection but will be available to run calls Plan to come self supportive as Bull will not have extra supplies.  The Union will have some water and coolers for you to use but plan to take care of yourself Bring any pro-FD, pro-PD or American flags to carry along the way.   Tuesday the 24th - C Shift A and B Shift, I’m looking at you to represent us well. Day 1:  11.3 miles Start @ approx. 1100 hrs: County Line Hand Off from Lake County at the Lowe’s just south of county line; The Villages and Sumter presence will be there, expect some of them to continue into Marion County. Bring your own chair to sit in AND your own lunch. If you are only walking a section we will try and arrange a shuttle back to your car with one of the SUVs. This will be for employees only due to insurance reasons. Stop 1: Shell Gas Station @ 14725 US Hwy 441 – 4.7 Miles Stop 2: Dunkin Donuts @ 6011 SE Abshier Blvd – 4.6 Miles Stop 3: Mojo’s Belleview @ 4496 SE 100 Place Road – 2.1 Miles Support Roles Snacks/Water/Tents: Local 3169 to Provide, shuttle in SUV’s Road Protection: St10 from County Line to Del Webb Spruce Creek; St30 from Spruce Creek to C25A; St18 from C25A to Belleview Mojos Chase Vehicle: SUVs with Nate Wallace and Ron Sanford Lunch: BRING YOUR OWN Dinner: Mojos on your own dime. Just a heads up Tuesday night is First Responder Night at Mojos (more to come on that). Mojos will buy your first drink, just be responsible. If you choose to partake don’t wear a county shirt, or bring a non-work shirt to change into.
